Users of the Emily SkinCare & Spa mobile app can request deletion of their app account and associated app data.

To request account deletion, contact Emily SkinCare & Spa using one of the support options below and include the email address associated with your app account.

Data That May Be Deleted

• app account profile information
• name, phone, and email associated with the app account
• app booking-related records where deletion is legally and operationally allowed

Data That May Need to Be Retained

Some information may be retained when required for legal, tax, payment, fraud prevention, security, dispute, or business recordkeeping reasons. Payment records and appointment/payment history may be retained as required by Square, law, accounting, tax, or business obligations.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests will be reviewed and processed within a reasonable timeframe after verifying the request.
