Emily SkinCare & Spa may collect account/profile information, authentication information, appointment booking information, service selections, appointment date and time, deposit and payment metadata, support information you provide, and app diagnostic information if applicable.

Authentication, Firebase, and Google Cloud

The app uses Firebase and Google Cloud services for authentication, backend services, profile data, booking data, and related app functionality.

Payments

Appointment deposit payments are processed by Square for real-world skincare appointments. Emily SkinCare & Spa does not store full card numbers or CVV codes in the app or website.

How We Use Information

• Create and manage appointments.
• Process appointment deposits.
• Provide customer support.
• Maintain app and website functionality, reliability, and security.
• Prevent duplicate payments, duplicate deposits, and booking errors.

How Information Is Shared

Emily SkinCare & Spa may share information with Square for payment processing and with Firebase or Google Cloud for authentication, backend, profile, and booking storage. Emily SkinCare & Spa does not sell personal data.

Data Handling, Retention, and Deletion

Booking, appointment, support, and payment-related records may be retained for business, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and support purposes. You may contact support to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. App account deletion requests may also be made through the Account Deletion page.

Children

The app and website are not intended for children under 13.
