Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Emily SkinCare & Spa app and website for physical, in-person skincare services at a single studio in Kearney, Nebraska.

Use of the App and Website

You may browse services, request appointment times, pay appointment deposits when available in the app, and view appointment details. Appointments are subject to availability and are not final until confirmed.

Appointments and Deposits

Deposits apply to physical skincare services. The deposit amount is shown before payment and is applied toward the final service total. Any remaining balance is due at the appointment.

Payment Processing

Appointment deposits are processed by Square. Emily SkinCare & Spa does not use Apple In-App Purchase for appointment deposits, and the app and website do not sell digital goods or subscriptions.

No Medical Advice

Emily SkinCare & Spa does not provide medical diagnosis through the app or website. Information is for general booking and studio communication only.
