Booking and Deposit Policy

Emily SkinCare & Spa uses appointment deposits to hold appointment times for physical, in-person skincare services in Kearney, Nebraska.

Deposits

The deposit amount is shown before payment. This payment is a booking deposit and is applied to your service total. The remaining balance is due at the appointment.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations or missed appointments, except where required by law or if Emily SkinCare & Spa cancels the appointment.

Pending Confirmation

If an appointment cannot be finalized automatically, the app may show a pending confirmation status and support reference. If your deposit was received, you should not be asked to pay again for the same booking intent.

Duplicate Payment Protection

The app is designed to block duplicate deposits for the same booking intent.
